We have 18 communities in five states including MI, NY, NC, OH and PA.
Position Summary To lead and direct the overall operations of the community in accordance with customer needs, government regulations and Premier Senior Living policies, with focus on maintaining excellent care for the residents while achieving the community's business objectives.
Essential Job Functions:
Community Management Compliance Management Community Staffing and Retention Business Management Marketing and Revenue Management Community Relations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
3 years of operations experience working in Senior Living, Assisted Living and/or Memory Care.
Current and valid administrator license or state approval in the community's stated location.
Current valid documentation of successful completion of the American Red Cross or American Heart Association CPR/First Aid Certification for Health Care Providers (BLS).
Meet all health requirements including TB including all required immunizations.
Must pass background check and random drug tests.
Maintain a valid driver's license as some travel is required.
